I am also the sole owner and project designer, now for over 12+ years, for a minority and woman owned home renovation business, River City Restorations, as well as, the Team Lead for River City Real Estate Co. I am in the top 500 Realtors in Central VA area, and in 2022 I was awarded 4 awards by my previous brokerage: individual agent with the highest volume and most transactions closed, the agent the most listings in the brokerage for 2022, and entered into the platinum club for $10+ mil in sales. I currently live in Mechanicsville, VA, but I am very familiar with and have lived in The Fan and other areas in downtown RVA.
